15 years ago, members of the clinical staff at Insemine began working in the area of Human Reproduction in various public and private centers.
During this period, more than 15,000 couples from around the world were treated by our doctors.
Our doctors were trained in the best Human Reproduction centers in the world and maintain contact with these institutions.
We are part of not only the history of Assisted Reproduction in our state, but also worldwide.
We have witnessed the emergence of new techniques over this time, and still assist in the implementation of other pioneering methods in Brazil and Rio Grande do Sul.
We were the first to use ultrasound to assess the female ovarian reserve, to review some concepts of ovulation induction with an emphasis on improving results, lowering costs, preparation of the patient prior to fertilization, and attempting in vitro maturation of oocytes and pre-implantation diagnosis. All this was done with the clear objective of improving outcomes for our patients.
In 2001, the first project submitted for the development of this technique, pre-implantation diagnosis, was led by a member of our team. In that year, the technique was not released in our state and was very infrequently used in the country
We are the first center for Human Reproduction routinely offering a urologist specializing in Assisted Reproduction for all couples, considering that more than half of these couple problems relate to the male factor. Just as we are pioneers, we also make an Integrated Oncofertility Center available, which aims to preserve and care for our patients’ fertility, in the event that they need oncological treatment (cancer), and may wish to try and get pregnant in the future.
So, we are pioneers in the application of technology and in development. We aim to improve treatment for couples in this field of medicine (Human Reproduction).
After almost two years practicing in this field, we have helped over 1200 couples resolve their infertility problems, using anything from the simplest to the most advanced techniques in the field of Assisted Reproduction.
code of ethics
Insemine professionals follow scientific guidelines and respect the ethical principles and individual rights of those who seek support to have a child.
A thorough clinical evaluation of patients is carried out. Treatments are individualized and administered before even using assisted reproduction procedures, such as in vitro fertilization or artificial insemination.
All procedures are focused on solving fertility problems without risk to patients and future babies.
We are pioneers in technology application and development to improve the service provided to couples in this field of medicine (Human Reproduction).
For two years we have helped more than 1200 couples in their infertility problems, from simple techniques to the most advanced techniques in the field of Assisted Reproduction.
quality control
At the Insemine Center the safety and quality of the procedures come first. Because of this, our center was designed according to the rigid rules of the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA), the Latin American Network for Assisted Reproduction, as well as U.S. and European standards.
The technical specifications relating to air conditioning, room cleaning, electricity and workloads are designed to maximize procedural efficiency and create optimal pregnancy rates.
focus on research
Reproductive medicine is one of the most innovative medical specializations, especially in terms of utilizing technology. In this way, Insemine invests part of its turnover in research, technology, increasing knowledge, and human resources training.
There are already plans for exchange agreements with the universities of Paris and Montreal, where our professionals will be involved in research projects. Thus, patients can always count on the best possible service, equal to the best centers in the world.
